1. Who we are
TrueFarm AI is an AI content detection service operated by TrueFarm AI. We help users identify AI-generated videos and images. Contact: noreply@truefarmai.com
2. What data we collect
We collect: email address (when you register), media files you submit for analysis (processed and not stored permanently), IP address and device ID (for free usage limits), and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details).
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: provide the detection service, enforce free usage limits, process payments, and send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset). We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Media you submit
Videos and images you submit for analysis are sent to our AI detection partners (Hive AI and Detector24) for processing. We cache analysis results (not the media itself) to avoid redundant processing. Cached results are stored for up to 1 year.
5. Third-party services
We use: Supabase (authentication), Stripe (payments), Hive AI and Detector24 (AI detection), Upstash Redis (rate limiting), Railway (hosting). Each provider has their own privacy policy.
6. Data retention
Account data is retained until you delete your account. Analysis cache entries expire after 1 year. Payment records are retained as required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing noreply@truefarmai.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
