1. Acceptance
By using TrueFarm AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
TrueFarm AI provides probabilistic AI-generated content detection for videos and images. Results are estimates and not absolute proof. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.
3. Free usage
New users receive 1 free analysis without an account, and 3 additional free analyses after registration. Free analyses are non-transferable and tied to your IP address and account.
4. Paid plans
Pay-per-check ($1) and Pro subscription ($9.99/month) are available. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use TrueFarm AI to: harass or defame individuals, violate any applicable law, attempt to circumvent usage limits fraudulently, or reverse-engineer our detection methods.
6. Content you submit
You retain ownership of any media you submit. By submitting content, you grant us permission to process it for detection purposes. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
7. Disclaimer
TrueFarm AI is provided 'as is'. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Detection results should not be used as sole evidence in legal proceedings.
8. Limitation of liability
TrueFarm AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
